VANFRE® F50 is a very effective for the physical peptization of NR, improving compound flow and carbon black dispersion. It quickly lowers compound viscosity, shortens mixing time, reduces energy consumption and improves processing efficiency.
VANFRE F50 improves calendering and extrusion rates, while providing smooth surfaces. It also improves reversion resistance and tear strength. Recommended dosage: 1 to 5 phr.
