Used in ashless (nonmetallic) industrial gear oils to reduce wear and provide high load carrying properties. Extreme pressure antiwear additive for lubricants based on petroleum oils and synthetics. VANLUBE® 692 enhances the extreme pressure properties of sulfurized olefins, chlorinated paraffins, dithiocarba-mates and phosphorodithioates.
VANLUBE 692 is chemically identical to VANLUBE 692E. The "E" designates that it meets the European regulatory (REACh) requirements for residual TMP (trimethyl phosphine).
