VANCHEM™ NATD

VANCHEM™ NATD is a corrosion inhibitor and metal deactivator for nonferrous metals in aqueous systems. VANCHEM™ NATD is suggested particularly for protecting solder, aluminum, copper and copper alloys. It is stable and active at lower pH values than many mercapto compounds. VANCHEM™ NATD as a chemical intermediate is a stable reactive dimercaptide which is readily alkylated, oxidized to the disulfide, or converted to metal salts.
